The property was beautiful old and reasonably priced and we had an excellent stay. The location was perfect and amazing for Venice, short walk to vaporetto stop, San Marco square, as well as many shops, restaurants, and bars and the Bridge of Sighs.

Everything was perfect, liked our excellent stay. Its location was perfect and amazing, just 5 minutes walk from a cathedral church. The breakfast was great, with a huge variety of food options.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for one night. It had an incredible location - minutes from a grand showpiece square. Besides, we were just off St Marc's square, San Marco & Bridge of Sighs, and so many restaurants.

The venue is little and upgraded with great staff. Great breakfast, thanks a lot. We would have stayed for longer, no complaints whatsoever, enjoyed this hotel.
Views are pretty bad.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was free and good. All the staff was polite, settled my issues. I truly enjoyed the breakfast with lots of nice food. The hotel had a very central setting on a canal. Café Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Unique & decent size unit in which the aircon did n't work. Stunning location in San Marco district close enough to bites in Venice, a canal, and common areas. Also, very close to St Mark's Square. Really had excellent stay of the year-late September.

Offers excellent service and fine food. The units are air-conditioned, tidy. The breakfast is free, includes lots of meals. Incredible and exceptional staff as one would expect. The hotel has a particularly good location, just next door to Doge's Palace.

Great location near San Marco square, convenient for exploring famous sites and enjoying local amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet bar on first floor. Helpful staff provided excellent advice on navigating inclement weather. Breakfast was enjoyable and included a free tour opportunity.

Reception were rude. Didn't have our booking despite us having evidence of it. Tried to charge us more than what we booked on line. Wifi didn't work in room like advertised.
